Bespoke Cakes

I offer a personalised bespoke service, which involves meeting with you and planning and designing your cake to fit in perfectly with the theme and colour scheme of your wedding. Samples of cake are available to taste. If we are not able to meet, then I have posted cake samples and worked over the telephone with brides.

My cakes are made with the finest quality ingredients, my eggs come from my own happy brood of organic, free-range hens and I support my local produce suppliers.

My cakes are baked in an AGA, which is notorious for wonderfully moist and delicious cakes, in particular the traditional fruit cake is exceptional.

The other choices of cakes beside the traditional fruit cake is classic sponge / Madera cake, carrot cake, lemon, chocolate, chocolate mud and coffee, all with sumptuous fillings.

As it is popular to have several choices of tiers With wedding cakes I am more than happy to do a different type of cake for each tier, however usually two different choices is perfect for most weddings.
